Dall’esperienza nelle acque più stressate e tecniche d’Europa arriva l’esca finesse nata per catturare. Corpo tondeggiante leggermente schiacciato e sottile per avere gittata di lancio, ma anche assetto impeccabile ed effetto trattenuta durante la fase di affondamento. Il nome R (rattle) – snake, serpente a sonagli deriva dalla forma della coda, che ha due sezioni allargate nella parte terminale per aumentare movimento e vibrazioni. Durante i test, nel corso di gare e prove di gare è stato risolutivo montato su jig head, a drop shot, a wacky rig, a split shot, e shacky head. Può essere accorciato di 0.85’’ (poco più di 2cm) mantenendo la stessa azione, semplicemente tagliando il verme nella prima parte stretta della testa. L’esca presenta una estrema sinuosità abbinata a molta mobilità. Questo grazie alla sua forma che è stata studiata per essere idrodinamica e creare attrito su alcune parti al fine di provocare i movimenti e vibrazioni ritenuti i più adescanti dopo innumerevoli field test.
