L’esca da flipping, pitching e skipping, ma anche da texas rig e da Sauteki rig. Si tratta di un corpo pesante ed allungato dotato chele. La testa del gambero è dotata di antenne alla cui estremità sono fissate sfere che durante il movimento producono vibrazioni. Il corpo ha una forma idrodinamica ed il suo peso facilita i lanci precisi tipici del pitching anche con esca spiombata. Per pescare a flipping queste caratteristiche sono altrettanto importanti per entrare nella cover facilmente. Per skippare l’esca è perfetta, ma volendo è possibile staccare le due braccia dotate di chele. Il risultato è un corpo fusiforme dotato di 6 filamenti che terminano con una sfera, in caduta sarà veramente catturante. Per capire l’efficacia del Killer Flip provate a lanciarlo in prossimità di un ostacolo senza muoverlo, vedrete che le estremità scenderanno vibrando lentamente, quindi immaginate il risultato se c’è un predatore nelle vicinanze.
